Why can’t I see my student(s) in the Student Tracking System?

Students do not appear in the Student Tracking System until they have answered at least 1 question.
This also applies if you have entered them in a new (or different) class.

Did a student play, but still not score any points (and therefore not visible in the Student Tracking System)? This can have the following causes:
-played in ‘practice mode’;
-at the end of the game clicked on ‘play again’ and then no longer played;
-has not given correct answers.
