Help, I can’t (anymore) log in to the app!

The Earz app (for the Earz Solo app see below!)

To fill in in the login screen:
(1) Username:
Depending on the settings of the school/organisation, you are free to choose it, or have received it from the school/organisation.
(2) Password:
The password you received from the school/organisation (usually 6 characters, but may also be different).

Earz Solo
At the bottom of the login screen you will find the options to create an account or request a forgotten password.
If you don’t see this, you are probably using the app ‘Earz’ and not ‘Earz Solo’!
