Problems when using Earz

Run into technical problems while using Earz? Here’s how to solve it:

• Make sure you are online and have a (stable) internet connection.

• Use the latest version of the Earz app:
– what the latest version number is, read here.
– where to find the version number of the app you are using, read here

Are you not using the latest version?
– iOS: download the latest version from the Apple Appstore.
– Android: download the latest version from the Google Playstore.
– Windows or Apple computer: make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.

• Common problem on iOS: no sound. Click here for the solution

• Do you nevertheless encounter problems and remain unresolved? Mail us or fill in the contact form. Please include the following:
– the problem (as detailed as possible)
– in which game and on which level it occurs
– on which device (+ possibly which browser)
– your Earz username (and possibly e-mail address )
– possibly attach a screenshot.
We respond (on working days) within 24 hours.

The Earz team tests everything as extensively as possible, but nevertheless there can of course be errors in the software. We apologise in advance for this and are grateful if you report an error. It helps us make Earz even better!
