Can we convert our subscription to more users?

An existing subscription can be upgraded to a larger subscription (with more users *).

If you want to, please send us an email stating:
• which subscription you want to upgrade to.
• on which date the upgrade should take effect.

We will then ensure that the upgrade works as of the desired date.

The conditions and consequences of upgrading are:
• a new -larger- subscription is taken out.
• the start date of the upgrade will also be the new subscription renewal date.
• everything (i.e. games, results of students etc.) of the old subscription will remain as it was.
• the price of the new subscription is the normal price minus the value of the period that the old subscription would still be valid.
• discounts are not applicable (see also article 5 of our terms of use)
